Introduction to Young Achiever Business Olympiad
The Young Achiever Business Olympiad aims to help aspiring business leaders and entrepreneurs of tomorrow grasp a better logistical and strategic understanding of how to run a business.
Within this simulation, students will work in teams to form their own companies and make decisions on various aspects of their business, from their company culture to their production needs.
Program Flow
The program consists of 3 main sessions: UN Sustainable Development Goals, Business Simulations Operations, Road Show and Business Pitching. Each section is designed to stimulatee creativity, innovation and leadership skills through Business Simulation and Competitions
UN Sustainable Development Goals
Supported by OSG Youth Academy and SDG Academy.
Participants will compete on their knowledge about UNSDG goals and apply during the competition.

Business Simulations Operations
Participants will simulate running a start-up business and making business decision on investment, finance, sales, marketing, product mix, manpower, and operations to make profit for the company.
Team will learn the importance of teamwork, communication and leadership skills
Road Show and Business Pitching
Participants will create their business plan and exhibit their ideas, products or presentation pitch to a panel of judges.
Unleashed their creative and develop their confidence, public speaking and communication skills.
